This yummy Hot & Cheesy Turkey Sandwich recipe was inspired by a sandwich I had with a friend at a sub shop in Kansas when we were in 8th grade. I came home from the trip, created my own version and have been making it ever since! It’s quick and easy to prepare and is a hit whenever I serve it! The toasted hoagie roll, creamy cheese and crunch from the alfalfa sprouts makes it hard to beat. Give it a try if you want a quick and delicious lunch or dinner.
